BAND: 5 JOB PURPOSE: To carry out physical surveys and inspections to deliver the rolling stock condition survey programme, as agreed with the Survey Team Leader, ensuring that asset data on the condition and attributes for each Housing Executive residential property is recorded and up loaded onto the Asset Management System (Keystone), in line with our vision and values. REQUIREMENTS: 1. i) A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional/technical qualification in a relevant Building/Construction discipline PLUS 2 years' relevant* post qualification experience OR ii) A relevant BTEC Higher Certificate/Diploma or equivalent qualification in a relevant Building/Construction discipline PLUS 3 years' relevant* post qualification experience OR iii) Can demonstrate equivalent continuing professional development or experiential learning AND least 4 years relevant* experience (Please include dates) *Relevant experience must include experience for the required period of time in carrying out physical surveys, inspections and the provision of technical reports in a domestic or commercial environment APPLICATION PROCESS Application should be made using the on-line application form.
