Social Media Manager, Nutrition

Salt have partnered with a disruptive business in the booming health and wellness industry. I am looking for a Social Media Manager to join a doctor led business who have developed their own line of supplements. You’ll be working directly with the founder on building out their social media presence across all major channels including TT and Insta.
This is a great opportunity for someone who has a passion for nutrition, wellness and lifestyle brands.
Key Responsibilities
1. Co-develop and execute a social media strategy with the Brand & Marketing Director
2. Create and edit high-quality content for social media, including videos and Reels
3. Manage posting schedules, community engagement, and audience growth across platforms
4. Track and analyse social media performance, using data to refine and improve campaigns
5. Monitor industry trends to keep content fresh and competitive
6. Plan and manage paid social campaigns (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads)
7. Support broader marketing initiatives including:
8. Website content updates
9. Monthly email newsletters (,health tips, campaigns, launches)
10. Coordination of upcoming brand campaigns and launches
Skills & Experience
11. Passion for the wellness industry. A degree or training in nutrition/supplements would be highly beneficial.
12. 3-5 years’ experience in a social media marketing role
13. Strong understanding of content creation, editing, and community management for platforms such as Instagram and TikTok
14. Proven experience running and optimising paid campaigns across social platforms
15. Proficiency with tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, WordPress, and analytics platforms
16. Exceptional communication and organisational skills
17. Detail-oriented, reliable, and adaptable when responding to evolving priorities
