The role also involves coordinating major incident responses, planning loss prevention workshops, reviewing customer and maritime contracts, and providing guidance on documentation such as bills of lading and ship certificates. Based in the London office with a hybrid working model, the role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Experience in the shipping industry and ideally within P&I/ marine insurance or incident investigation will be highly advantageous as will proficiency in Google Suite.
