Essential Responsibilities:

1. Drive revenue growth and global market expansion by identifying and cultivating strategic partnerships, channels, and opportunities
2. Lead the negotiation with external partners and engage cross-functional support colleagues to ensure the successful delivery of solutions for large complex partnerships.
3. Develop and execute an overall business strategy to identify and cultivate strategic partnerships, channels, and opportunities to drive revenue growth and global market expansion.
4. Influence the negotiation with external partners, engaging cross-functional support colleagues, to ensure successful delivery of solutions for large complex partnerships.
5. Align product and business levers (such as pricing and FX) to maximize revenue and market expansion opportunities.
6. Engage closely with product, engineering, and architecture teams to drive the architectural runway and determine the best technical implementation/design.
7. Represent the end customer on an ongoing basis and use this knowledge to drive effective prioritization and decision-making.
8. Collaborate and influence product outcomes in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders such as Engineering, Operations, Risk, Legal, Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Finance, and Banking Partners.

Expected Qualifications:

9. 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

10. Conduct market and competitive research by reviewing industry reports, competitor updates, and emerging trends to identify potential opportunities or risks

11. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze product performance data, and prepare actionable insights for leadership

12. Review customer feedback, survey responses, and product usage data to identify trends and improvement areas

13. Prepare and develop reports, presentations, and strategy decks to communicate findings and recommendations to leadership, while updating internal documentation and strategy playbooks for team alignment

14. Stay current with the latest industry news and market shifts that could impact product strategy

15. Contribute to the formulation and execution of product strategy through analysis of market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs

16. Conduct in-depth research on emerging trends, competitive positioning, and opportunities for differentiation

17. Leverage data analytics, customer feedback, and industry research to inform strategic product decisions

18. Collaborate with product managers and leadership to define, prioritize, and support strategic roadmap initiatives that align with business goals

19. Define and monitor key product and operational metrics, ensuring data-driven decision-making throughout processes

Qualifications & Skills:

20. Education: MBA from tier 1 college

21. Experience: 7-8 years of relevant experience in product strategy, product operations, management consulting, or a similar role in a technology or product-driven organization;overall 8+ Yrs industrial experience is required

22. Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize data and translate insights into actionable recommendations

23. Stakeholder Management: Ability to work with senior leaders, influence decision-making, and drive cross-functional collaboration

24. Communication & Presentation: Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for various audiences

25. Tools & Technologies:Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Looker), workflow management platforms, product management tools and AI tools

Preferred Qualifications:

26. Experience in a global or multi-market environment

27. Previous work in a product-led company or experience in management consulting firms focusing on product strategy or operations
