A forward-thinking professional services firm is expanding — and we’re looking for a regulatory focused Head of Compliance or accountant looking to specialise to lead the day-to-day compliance function. With a keen interest in regulation, governance and risk management you will ensure that practices are delivered effectively and consistently across the business. This role combines operational influence with strategic input, supporting leaders in building an engaged, high-performing workforce while ensuring compliance with ICAEW, ACCA, HMRC, AML and other requirements. The ideal candidate will enjoy detail, regulation and process and will want to play a pivotal role in protecting both businesses and clients, as well ensuring best practice across a expanding group of companies.
