We work with top-tier clients in the US market to identify and recruit exceptional talent for key leadership and investment team roles within private credit firms. Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Graduate/Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the Founder in identifying, evaluating, and recruiting top talent for private credit firms in the US market. You will play a crucial role in managing research, market intelligence, and candidate outreach while building strong relationships with clients and candidates. Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth market research to identify candidates for senior roles within private credit firms across the US. Use various platforms, databases, and networking techniques to source top talent. Assist in candidate screening, including phone interviews, reference checks, and managing candidate pipelines. Collaborate with the principal to understand client needs and contribute to search strategies. Maintain up-to-date records in the company’s CRM system and track project progress. Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to clients and consultants. Attend relevant industry events and conferences (both virtually and in person) to expand knowledge and build relationships. Requirements: A Bachelors degree at 2:1 or higher Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A genuine interest in the investment industry (private Equity, Credit, Hedge Funds, Investment Banking etc). Experience in recruitment or research is a plus but not essential.
