Job Summary
We are seeking a labourer/yard man to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for keeping the yard clean and tidy due to the nature of work carried out at our facility.
Responsibilities
* Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.
* Handy man skills would be useful.
* Forklift license desirable but training will be provided.
* Inspection of equipment and plant where required - training will be provided
* Handle materials with care, adhering to safety protocols during all operations.
* Collaborate with team members to optimise workflow and improve operational efficiency.
* Collection or Deliveries may be required.
Skills
* Be able to work on your own initiative.
* Proficient in operating forklifts with a valid forklift licence preferable but training will be provided.
* Ability to perform heavy lifting for any good inwards.
* Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in all tasks undertaken.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work alone
The candidate will be based in the workshop
Full UK driving licence is required.
Overtime will be available where required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £12.21-£14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 per week
