Hazel Grove, Stockport£30,000+ per year DOEAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Electro-Mechanical Fitter/Assembler to join a growing assembly team based in Hazel Grove, Stockport.This role involves working on specialist equipment supplied across the UK and worldwide, primarily within the oil & gas industry. If you enjoy hands-on engineering work, problem-solving, and being part of a skilled team producing high-quality products, this could be the role for you.The Role: Youll be working within a busy assembly environment, helping to build and test electro-mechanical products to exact specifications and quality standards.Responsibilities Include: Working from schematic and mechanical GA drawingsLiaising with team members and other departments to ensure component availabilityAssembling and testing products in line with Quality Plans and Certification requirementsAssisting with troubleshooting and resolving assembly issuesFollowing company procedures, policies, and work instructionsMaintaining high standards of health & safety at all timesWhat Were Looking For: Training or experience within electro-mechanical engineering (NVQ, apprenticeship, or equivalent)Strong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to measure and mark out accuratelyConfident using hand tools safely and correctlyAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings and diagramsExperience with wiring, crimping, looming, and solderingMotivated, reliable, and able to communicate effectively within a team environmentWhats On Offer: ?
