VIBE Recruit is looking for a motivated individual to support our fast growing client based in Cwmbran. You will have a key role in ensuring customers' orders are ready on time and with care.
Shifts:
Days: Mon-Fri 5.30am-3pm
Afternoons: 2.30pm-Midnight
Salary: £15.92
Responsibilities:
* Load and unload materials onto the SMT machines.
* Operate and monitor SMT machines during the assembly process.
* Troubleshoot and resolve machine-related issues to minimise downtime.
* Monitor the SMT process to identify and address any defects or issues.
* Work closely with other team members, including engineers and quality control personnel, to achieve production goals and resolve issues.
* Maintain accurate records of production activities, including machine settings, production counts, and quality control data.
Skills:
* Machine operating experience,
* Strong attention to detail
* Can handle handling small electronic components
* Ability to work well in a team
* Electronics industry knowledge or qualification are desirable
