Role & Responsibilities
* Support the delivery of pre-planning stages for low-rise apartment and housing-led schemes
* Assist with concept design, feasibility studies, and planning drawings
* Produce high-quality design and presentation material
* Coordinate with consultants and internal project teams
* Contribute to planning submissions and supporting documentation
* Develop technical and project skills under the guidance of senior team members
Required Skills & Experience
* ARB registered Architect or newly qualified with relevant UK experience
* Experience working on residential-led projects is highly desirable
* Strong design skills with good technical awareness
* Ability to work collaboratively within a project team
* Understanding of UK planning processes and housing standards
* Good communication skills and a proactive approach to learning
