As an integral part of ASDA Travel Money, you will cover three bustling Bureaus within ASDA stores. You will help thousands of customers each day with foreign exchange needs. We aim to be the preferred provider and to lead in delivering detailed advice with an exceptional customer experience. Join us to help achieve this vision.
What will you be doing?
* Manage each site effectively, driving results and productivity.
* Ensure Travel Service Partners deliver excellent customer service.
* Mentor the team to maintain high service standards and provide the best training.
* Review customer feedback, service levels, and process improvements.
* Engage with customers to process foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.
* Meet operational, procedural, and customer-focused KPIs.
* Handle daily online FX requests and deliveries with attention to detail.
* Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
