Tradewind Education is currently recruiting Unqualified Teachers / Classroom Supervisors to provide general cover and supervision across a variety of secondary schools in the Warrington area.
? Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise whole classes during short-term teacher absences
* Ensure students remain on task with the pre-set work
* Maintain classroom order and follow school behaviour policies
* Provide feedback to the teacher or department where necessary
?? Important: This is a non-teaching role. An Unqualified Teacher isn't required to plan lessons or mark work - all learning materials are provided. It's a great way to gain experience in the classroom while building confidence in a supportive school environment.
