About the Role As an SEN Support Assistant, you will be working closely with pupils who have a variety of additional needs including Autism (ASC), ADHD, Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges, Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), and speech and language needs. Support may involve one-to-one work, small group interventions, or general classroom assistance, depending on your strengths and preferences. You’ll collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and fellow support staff to provide tailored, compassionate support in a positive learning environment.
