Job Description
We're looking for a motivated Technical Operator to join our team at the Swindon site on a 12 month contract as Maternity cover. \n\nPosition Details:\n\nTechnical Operator\n\nSalary: £27,202.50 per year (£13.95 per hour)\nShift: Double days 7am - 3pm, 3pm - 11pm \nPlus 22% shift allowance\nASAP start \n\nWhat You'll Do:\n\nMaintain and acquire your aseptic license badge\nPrepare and set up equipment for manufacturing and fill/finish processes\nFormulate pharmaceutical products following batch records\nPerform manufacturing tasks including line clearance, checks, and documentation\nSupport machine start-up, changeovers, and testing to reduce downtime and waste\nMonitor equipment and report any issues\nClean and maintain work areas and equipment following standards\nReport and help resolve any problems or non-conformance\nSupport validation and new product introduction projects\nKeep accurate records in line with procedures and training\nPerform other reasonable duties as needed\n\nWhat We're Looking For:\n\nEducation: High School Diploma or equivalent\nExperience: \nAt least 2 years in manufacturing, operations, production, lab work, or similar\nExperience in a regulated environment is a plus\nSkills: \nAble to follow instructions and schedules\nDetail-oriented and focused\nGood literacy and numeracy\n\nWhy Work Here?\n\nJoin a team committed to quality, safety, and innovation.
