Your new role The school is seeking a full time KS3 Drama or PSHE Teacher with QTS to deliver creative, engaging and accessible lessons tailored to students with SEMH needs.In this role, you will: Plan and teach Drama or PSHE lessons that build confidence, communication skills, and social/emotional development. Adapt learning to meet a wide range of needs, including those with SEN, trauma histories, or barriers to engagement. Foster a safe, encouraging classroom climate where students feel valued and understood. Work as part of a supportive team including pastoral, SEN and therapeutic staff. Contribute to positive behaviour support strategies and whole school wellbeing approaches.
