Service Manager / Aftersales Manager
Location: Coventry
Salary: £36,000 basic per annum plus bonus, £48,000 OTE
Hours: permanent, full time
Lead aftersales operations at a busy Coventry dealership for a respected, nationwide automotive retail group.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading, managing, and developing the workshop, service, and parts teams
* Driving performance through effective planning, forecasting, and target achievement
* Increasing workshop utilisation, productivity, and overall efficiency
* Managing departmental budgets and maximising profitability
* Working closely with senior leadership to enhance overall site performance
* Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and adherence to brand standards
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience as a Service Manager or Assistant Aftersales Manager
* Proven ability to deliver strong financial and operational results
* A results‑driven leader who can motivate and develop high‑performing teams
* Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and KPIs
* Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
* Automotive / motor trade experience is essential
