Overview

Cadbury CRM Manager role at Mondelēz International. You will work with internal brand teams and cross‑functional Consumer Experience, Insights, Digital and Sales teams as well as top tier agencies to lead a long-term Cadbury CRM strategy delivered through a sophisticated consumer communications program. You will help establish and scale end-to-end, connected user experiences across the Cadbury ecosystem that make consumers feel known and valued. You will shape the strategy for how Cadbury acquires and nurtures its consumers of tomorrow.


Responsibilities

* Lead situational analysis, strategy development and recommendations for growth plans in the design, setup, launch and scale of an always-on CRM program.
* Develop and own the consumer communications program across Cadbury’s ecosystem with a network of sub-brand teams and agency partners.
* Support development of success metrics and measure ongoing performance and optimisation programs.
* Lead annual and long-term budget planning.
* Deliver presentations and align plans to senior stakeholders and wider UKI business colleagues.


Integrated digital marketing and CRM

* Lead agency relationships across brand, design and content strategy.
* Develop and manage the roadmap for a connected consumer experience across our digital ecosystem (website, emails, social content).
* Collaborate with Partnership, Campaigns and Brand Experience teams alongside third‑party agencies and internal brand marketing teams to deliver a holistic CRM strategy driving brand and business efficiencies.
* Apply digital marketing insights and ecommerce strategies to support growth metrics (e.g., optimising user journeys, leveraging product launches for data acquisition).
* Analyse and share digital data and feedback to improve content, media targeting and user experience.


Experience and capabilities

* Proven track record within a CRM role, including budget management experience and end-to-end project management.
* Experience of digital marketing strategies and brand management and campaigns preferred.
* Strategic thinker who turns insights into actionable business initiatives.
* Creative skill to bring ideas and insight to life in an ambiguous, matrix environment.
* Structured and organised with ability to manage priorities across multiple work streams with complex cross-functional objectives.
* Strong resilience to navigate hurdles and motivate others towards a vision or goal.
* Fast learner, comfortable with unfamiliar tasks and driving organisational change.
* Capability to build strong relationships and leverage them to deliver business results.
* Strong collaboration and ability to influence and unlock new opportunities.
