Role Responsibilities:

* Assist inplanning and delivering educational activities that promotechildren's development.
* Create a safe,stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
* Take on the role of Key Person, fostering b partnershipswith children and their families.
* Track andreport on children's progress through observations andassessments.
Required Qualifications:What We're LookingFor:
* Level 2 qualification in early yearseducation/childcare.
* Experience working with children under5.
* Empathy andunderstanding – each child is unique.
* Strong communication and organisationalskills.
