Vehicle Technician – Main Dealership | Warwickshire Location: Coventry
Salary: Up to £36,000 basic (depending on experience) | OTE £45,000
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM | 1 in 4 Saturday mornings (paid as overtime)
Additional Perks: Salary flexibility for highly skilled applicants (Master Techs, MOT Testers, etc.)

Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of vehicles
Perform preventative and reactive repairs based on customer requests
Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to dealership standards
Communicate with the Service Department on repair status and completion times
Work collaboratively within the workshop, assisting teammates during peak timesWhat Our Client is Looking For:
IMI/NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
Previous workshop experience as a Vehicle Technician/Service Technician
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently
MOT Licence preferred but not essential
