Key Requirements Must live within the Grantham area Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential Willingness to travel to nearby villages A caring, patient and reliable nature Your Role as a Care Assistant You will provide essential support to elderly and vulnerable people in their own homes, helping them remain independent and comfortable. Duties include: Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting) Preparing meals and supporting nutrition Administering or prompting medication Providing companionship and emotional support Light housekeeping (cleaning, laundry) Supporting independence, dignity and wellbeing No two days are the same, but every day is rewarding.
