In this role you will be part of our veterinary diagnostic laboratory providing diagnostic services in Haematology, Clinical Chemistry, Microbiology, Cytology, and Molecular Biology.
Working collaboratively, we have a strong focus on personal customer care, quality, and innovation for our veterinary clients and their patients.
What You’ll Do
* Receive biological samples from customers and prepare them for testing.
* Record results and data into the management system and manage supporting documentation.
* Distribute supplies to our customers, and support them with sample concerns or questions received.
* Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing deliveries and perform other general tasks within the unit.
* Participate in maintaining the Quality Standards within the department alongside audits as required.

Previous experience of working within specimen reception and/or a laboratory environment is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
