An award:winning architectural practice based in the Oxfordshire countryside is seeking an Architect or Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their dynamic, design:led team. The practice has a diverse portfolio of high:end residential and commercial projects and offers the opportunity to work on inspiring schemes from concept to completion. This role is ideal for a qualified Architect or a Part 2/Part 3 candidate looking to develop their skills, take on greater responsibility, and grow within a supportive and creative environment.

Daily Duties
* Lead projects from concept design and planning through to technical delivery and completion
* Produce high:quality design and technical information using AutoCAD and SketchUp
* Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout all RIBA stages
* Manage workloads and take responsibility for the quality of outputs with limited supervision
* Contribute positively to the practices design ethos and team success
Ideal Candidate
* UK:based with UK:recognised qualifications
* ARB:registered Architect and/ or RIBA Part 2 qualified
* Experience in high:end residential and small:scale developer projects
* Confident across all RIBA stages with a solid understanding of building regulations
* Strong communication, organisation, and teamwork skills
* Enthusiastic, proactive, and detail:oriented with a passion for good design
