Teaching Personnel are proud to be working in partnership with a supportive and inclusive primary school in Doncaster, who are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified teacher looking to gain valuable classroom experience, develop confidence, and receive ongoing support at the start of their teaching career.
The Role:
As a Primary ECT, you will:
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the primary national curriculum
* Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating learning environment
* Assess, track and support pupil progress
* Work closely with experienced teachers, mentors and senior leaders
* Build strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents
The Ideal Candidate:
* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or is due to qualify
* Is an Early Career Teacher or soon-to-be ECT
* Has a passion for primary education and child development
* Demonstrates good classroom management and organisational skills
* Is reflective, eager to learn and open to feedback
