Payroll Manager | Interim or Permanent

We’re partnering with a global, listed organisation based in London to appoint an experienced Payroll Manager on an interim or permanent basis.
This role has responsibility for UK and international payrolls, leading a small team and overseeing payroll, benefits, pensions and share-related payments in a complex, multi-country environment.
Key highlights:
* Ownership of large UK payrolls plus multiple overseas payrolls
* Line management of payroll staff
* UK year-end, P11D/payrolled benefits & share vesting payrolls
* Benefits administration and DC pension oversight
* Close collaboration with HR, Finance and external providers
About you:
* Strong end-to-end UK payroll experience
* Exposure to international payrolls
* Knowledge of share schemes essential
* Excellent Excel and stakeholder management skills
* Payroll systems experience (ResourceLink / ADP Celergo desirable)
