Morgan McKinley (part of Org Group) is a leading Recruitment Solutions business with a truly global presence. We are currently outperforming our competitors and growing rapidly through acquisition.

Our South West office in the UK is looking to grow significantly, and we are therefore looking to hire talented and ambitious Recruitment Consultants to join us at an exciting time!

You might be a graduate or perhaps you already have some experience of working in a sales environment, and hopefully you have aspirations to develop your career in a global business environment.

Recruitment gives you the opportunity to learn a huge range of skills, including negotiation, leadership and influencing, and you will be given the tools, training and support to effectively build your own business within a dynamic environment where new technologies are embraced, and you are in control of your own destiny!

What will I be doing?

Recruitment is a very fast paced and constantly changing environment, and we work closely with our clients to support their growth plans and find solutions to challenges and problems, by placed interim and permanent candidates into their organisations. Our client base is really diverse and includes large FTSE and Listed organisations, but also smaller Owner Managed Businesses, SME’s and Private Equity backed companies.

You would be working in a 360-recruitment role, which means that you would be dealing with candidates in person, virtually and on the phone, and placing them into suitable roles that are clients are looking for us to support with. You would need to be creative in generating new business, and we often run events for our clients and focus on delivering a high level of customer service and exceeding their expectations.

What skills do I need?

To be successful as a recruiter, you need to be professional and comfortable communicating with people at all levels and demonstrate high energy levels and resilience!

Previous recruitment experience is not essential, but you will need to be able to organise and prioritise your work, build rapport and relationships with client and candidates, and collaborate with your colleagues.

As this is a high performing sales environment you will be working towards targets and KPIs.
