The Role

Develop Winning Bids: Create robust, logic:linked tender programmes using Asta Powerproject (or P6).

Strategic Sequencing: Collaborate with Estimators and Project Directors to define innovative construction methodologies and site logistics.
*
Risk and Opportunity: Identify project constraints and develop smart mitigation strategies to give us the competitive edge.
*
Client Engagement: Present technical programmes and 4D visualisations during high:stakes tender interviews.
Requirements
*
Experience: Proven track record in planning within a major UK building or civil engineering environment.
*
Software: High proficiency in Asta Powerproject.
*
Expertise: Deep understanding of construction stages, from groundworks to fit:out.
*
Communication: Ability to translate complex data into clear, persuasive narratives for stakeholders.
