Essential Skills:
1. Extensive experience in Programme management, assurance, or risk management within Financial Services or other relevant highly regulated industries.
2. Strong working knowledge of P3M, P3MO, and agile frameworks and tools; experience applying these disciplines to complex change portfolios and programmes.
3. Experience in transformation and change management, including design and implementation of new portfolio, programme, and project governance structures, applying agile change models, and benefits realisation.
4. Demonstrated ability to lead Programme management and assurance engagements across large-scale technology, data, and business transformation programmes, experience with governance, risk, and controls.
5. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders such as senior executives and cross-functional teams.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; the ability to turn insights into actionable recommendations and business outcomes.
Desirable Skills
7. Good understanding of audit methodologies.
8. Strong written communication skills, with experience of producing audit reporting.
9. Advisory: strategic thinking, business partnering, stakeholder engagement, solution design, issue structuring, and value-based outcomes.
10. Good understanding of Cloud computing and ICT services.
11. Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle approaches such as ‘waterfall’ and ‘agile’.
12. Experience in designing and using data analytics and data visualisation tools.
