This may include working with children with moderate and complex learning and behaviour needs. The setting is a school who are looking for someone with a range of experience to join their team ASAP.The Role:Can involve working with children on a 1:1 and group basis who have a variety of needs, tailoring learning to suit themWorking within a team and helping to build a comfortable environment for all children and staff, supporting challenging behaviour, SEN requirements and complex medical needs Following care plans, EHCPs, Pupil Passports and other relevant documents where necessaryUsing a holistic approach within a multi-disciplinary team of specialistsMay include carrying out individual interventions to aid childrens learning
