ABM UK is seeking diligent and motivated Seasonal Production Operatives to join our team during peak periods. As a Seasonal Production Operative, you will support production lines, ensuring efficient and high-quality output to meet customer demand.

Key Responsibilities
5. Assist in the production process, including assembly, packing, and quality checks.
6. Operate machinery and equipment as required, following safety protocols.
7. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
8. Report any issues or defects to supervisors promptly.
9. Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times.
10. Work cooperatively with team members to meet production targets.
Requirements
11. Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
12. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
13. Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
14. Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
15. Flexibility to work shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
16. Good communication and team-working skills.
17. Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
