 
        
        Regional Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager / Account Manager required to join a packaging machinery manufacturer and a leader within the material handling industry, with a global presence. We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Area Sales Manager with knowledge of material handling and industrial automation solutions.
You must have a strong Mechanical or Electrical background, and strong technical knowledge, to speak to customers on a deeper level and understanding, of their requirements and solution needs.
The Sales Engineer / Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager / Account Manager will be working remotely, but must be based in the North East, along the coastal side of the regional, to cover: Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Maine. Typically the industrial route from Philadelphia to Boston.

Regional Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager / Account Manager Role
Selling a range of Packaging and Material Handling equipment, such as: feeding systems (centrifugal and prefeeders), unscrambling and sorting systems, assembly systems, placement systems and other parts/accessories.
This role is looking for a headhunter and not afraid of knocking on doors and being a keen Business Development Manager.
Ability to manage accounts and continuously upsell.
Able to follow, plan and execute sales strategies for the region.
Customer visits - out on the road travelling with overnight stays
Based in the North East to cover: Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Maine. Typically the industrial route from Philadelphia to Boston.

Strong Mechanical background as preference
We’d also consider someone from a hands on machinist background, looking to get in sales. Someone who knows and talks technical machine shop.
Experience as a Sales Engineer, Area Sales Manager, Sales Executive, or internal sales looking to step up into an external sales role
