Your Role and Impact
As a Clinical Lead GP, you will:
* Deliver high-quality, patient-centred clinical care
* Provide clinical leadership and supervision to the MDT
* Lead on clinical governance, safety and quality improvement
* Support and develop ACPs, ANPs and prescribing teams
* Influence service design and the future direction of care delivery
This is more than a GP role – it is a defined leadership pathway
* Develop as a senior clinical leader within primary care
* Gain experience in governance, strategy and service development
* Influence care delivery across the Sussex Primary Care network
