WE NEED YOU TO:
1. Consistently deliver exceptional service
2. Responsible for holding keys for the store and ensuring the security of the store at opening and closing in the absence of the senior management team
3. Responsible for opening and closing of the till system
4. Welcome clients warmly, guide them to products and understand their needs to ensure a positive shopping experience, setting the standards for the wider team
5. Efficiently manage stock by pair checking, organising the stockroom, and maintaining consistent standards to ensure smooth operations
6. Ensure the shop floor is kept tidy and replenished and that store standards are maintained
7. Support your management team by working towards individual and team sales targets
8. Provide details of Kurt Geiger loyalty programs, highlighting the benefits and encouraging participation to enhance their shopping experience
9. Support with training and development of team members in the absence of the senior management team
10. Assist in the preparation and planning of promotional activities
11. Be a role model for our brand and adhere to uniform standards (all black, unbranded and reflective of the brand)
12. Regularly participate in training activities to become a confident brand ambassador
13. Support the management team during absences with weekly trade report and conference calls
14. Hold daily team briefs and set targets in the absence of the manager

The first Kurt Geiger store opened on London Bond street in 1963. Today, our brand has global appeal and is distributed in hundreds of cities around the world.
