They are currently seeking a Registered Manager to join their team and oversee the day-to-day operations of their home care service.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n * Oversee the daily operations of the home care service, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards\n\n * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals\n\n * Lead and manage a team of care staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed\n\n * Conduct regular assessments and reviews of clients' care plans to ensure their needs are being met effectively\n\n * Ensure all care staff are following proper procedures and protocols, and provide corrective action when necessary\n\n * Monitor and manage the budget for the home care service, ensuring financial targets are met\n\n * Keep accurate records and documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures\n\n * Participate in recruitment and selection of care staff, as well as conducting performance evaluations and addressing any performance issues\n\n * Continuously review and improve the quality of care provided, implementing changes and improvements as needed\n\n * Act as the main point of contact for any concerns or complaints, and work to resolve them in a timely and professional manner\n\nRequirements:\n\n * Registered Manager with a valid registration with the Care Quality Commission (CQC)\n\n * Previous experience in a management role within the home care sector\n\n * Strong understanding of relevant regulations and standards, such as CQC, Health and Safety, and Safeguarding\n\n * Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team\n\n * Proven track record of delivering high-quality care services and maintaining compliance\n\n * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals\n\n * Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively\n\n * Proficient in IT and record-keeping systems\n\n * A compassionate and caring nature, with a genuine desire to make a positive difference in people's lives\n\nIf you are a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager looking for a new challenge in the home care sector, we want to hear from you!
