Role: Marketing Executive (Part-time)
Location: Twickenham, West London
Start Date: Immediate
Salary: £13 per hour
Working Hours: Monday to Wednesday 5PM - 10PM & Weekend from 9AM - 4PM
Overview:
We're looking for a smart, creative and strategic Marketing Executive to lead campaigns and content creation for FIRST Class Global – our premium digital presence agency working with celebrities, talent agencies, and major brands.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and execute high-quality B2B marketing campaigns to generate meetings and leads
* Write compelling content for emails, LinkedIn, social media, video scripts, and web pages
* Collaborate with the CEO, COO and sales team to align campaigns with sales goals
* Manage and optimise cold outreach lists, CRM systems, and conversion funnels
* Research and pitch FIRST's services to record labels, agencies, and sports brands
* Track performance metrics (CTR, open rates, booked calls, lead quality)
* Build awareness and interest in FIRST's service packages and brand story
* Support the video content team on script planning and launch strategy
Ideal Candidate:
* 2–3 years experience in B2B marketing, content creation, or campaign planning
* Excellent copywriting and content marketing skills
* Ability to translate strategic messaging into powerful outreach and campaigns
* Familiarity with LinkedIn, email marketing tools, and Calendly-style funnels
* Bonus: experience in the talent/entertainment or creative agency space

Pay: £13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
