Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 + (DOE)

An exciting opportunity to join a Tier 1 Main Contractor in Warwickshire, working on projects in Water, Highways, Rail, and Aviation sectors. This well-established company offers a dynamic environment for a Bid Manager to apply their skills and contribute to successful project bids.
The Role
1. The Bid Manager will plan and manage all aspects of the bid process to maximize success.
2. Lead and inspire the bid team, collaborating with Estimators, Planners, Proposals team, Operational support, Designers, Supply chain partners, and other stakeholders.
3. Create high-quality, winning bids that differentiate the company in the industry and exceed client expectations.
4. Travel to the Coventry office and other locations as needed for bid support, meetings, or site visits.
Candidate Requirements
* Previous experience as a Bid Manager in Civil Engineering.
* Strong technical knowledge and understanding of industry processes.
* Degree-level education or equivalent.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Full UK driving license.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Living within or commuting to Warwickshire.

* Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 + (DOE)
