Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly capable and motivated Operations Manager to join our Senior Management Team in this newly created role. This is a rewarding opportunity to play a pivotal part in shaping and strengthening the operational delivery of a mission-driven charitable organisation.
Reporting to the Chief Executive, the Operations Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership across key support functions, ensuring effective systems, processes, and resources are in place to enable our services and teams to thrive. You will work collaboratively with senior colleagues to translate organisational strategy into efficient, compliant, and sustainable day-to-day operations.
This role is ideal for an experienced operations professional who is motivated by purpose, enjoys building structures that support people and impact, and is ready to contribute at a senior leadership level.
