EYFS/KS1 teacher. Possible TLR for a leader with appropriate experience. (UPS available for the right candidate). Alder Brook has an exciting opportunity for anyone passionate about EYFS/KS1 education and special educational needs. Our school is looking to appoint an EYFS/KS1 teacher, potentially a lead role with a TLR for the candidate that can demonstrate exceptional previous leadership. We are a growing SEMH primary school. This role is key in supporting the teaching and learning for EYFS & KS1 pupils, ensuring their needs are met in a nurturing and stimulating environment.
Visits to school are welcomed.

* Have knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and how to adapt it for SEND.
* Embrace high expectations of learning and behaviour and be committed to engage pupils with a range of pastoral and academic challenges.
* Be an effective team player with excellent communication skills.
Qualifications and Experience
The role focuses on EYFS/KS1 and special educational needs, with preference for candidates who have extensive knowledge of developmental milestones and strategies for engaging young learners and a commitment to fostering a safe and inclusive atmosphere for pupils. The position may offer a Lead role with a TLR for candidates who can demonstrate exceptional leadership and collaboration with professionals.
