Real Estate Finance Senior Solicitor (5+ years')
A leading law firm is seeking a real estate finance senior solicitor to join its team in Edinburgh.
Key responsibilities:
* Preparing, reviewing and reporting on real estate finance documents, including leases, dispositions and standard securities
* Examining and reporting on titles (Land Registered and Sasine) and certificates of title
* Drafting corporate authorisations, board minutes, and discharges of securities
* Managing searches, registrations and post-settlement administration
* Ensuring files and client matters are delivered on time and to a high standard
Requirements:
* Scottish legal qualification (dual Scotland/England preferred)
* 5+ years' PQE with strong experience in real estate finance, title examination and property security work
* Excellent communicator, client-focused, confident and able to work independently and in a team
