District Four Design is a commercial interior design studio. We create purpose-driven spaces for workplaces and hospitality sectors, combining interior design expertise with end-to-end furniture supply. Our projects are design-led but commercially focused — every job we do drives results for our clients and forms the basis of the long-standing relationships we build with our clients.
After a solid few years of growth, we're building a team that can take us to the next level. That means adding a New Business Sales Executive who gets it — someone who knows how to turn conversations into contracts and isn’t afraid to get out there and build.
The Role
As our New Business Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for winning new business across our core sectors: workplace, hospitality and QSR. You’ll handle the full sales cycle — from initial outreach to client meetings, proposals, and handover to our design and delivery team.
This isn’t an entry-level role. We’re seeking an individual with confidence, industry experience, and the ability to close. You’ll report directly to the Managing Director, work alongside our creative and delivery teams, and have access to great support — but ultimately, you’re responsible for your own pipeline.
What You’ll Be Doing
·Targeting new business opportunities through LinkedIn, networking, outbound outreach, and lead follow-up.
·Building relationships with key decision-makers within target industries.
·Meeting clients face-to-face to understand needs and pitch solutions.
·Creating tailored proposals in-line with company processes.
·Handing over to our in-house team and staying involved through to delivery.
·Hitting/exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets.
·Managing your own CRM and sales admin with discipline.
What You Need to Bring
·Proven sales experience within B2B roles with interiors/furniture/fit-out background.
·Minimum 2-3 years industry experience.
·Confident communicator with strong commercial instincts.
·Organised, self-motivated, and relentless when it comes to following up.
·Comfortable working to targets with a base salary + commission model.
·Experience in selling to SMEs, growing brands, or franchise networks is a bonus.
·A clean driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites across the UK is essential.
