Your Responsibilities:
* Work alongside customers to drive their work to high standards.
* Create efficient, automated solutions to reduce manual effort and costs.
* Promote high standards and good code quality practices.
* Assist with updates and out-of-hours maintenance as required.
* Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring.
Your Experience:
* Ownership of support for mission-critical systems, troubleshooting and resolving issues within strict timeframes.
* Experience with observability tools (ELK, Grafana, Prometheus) is a plus.
* Strong understanding of Windows and Linux OS, with efficient fault-finding skills.
* Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift).
* Experience developing in cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
Your Future Team:
You will work with software teams providing infrastructure and platform expertise, re-engineering legacy code, and automating processes to improve efficiency. Your role will involve maintaining and upgrading systems on customer sites.
As a Lead DevOps Engineer, you will design, build, and support Linux-based solutions using Infrastructure as Code and automation tools, mentoring junior team members and promoting best practices.
