Job Title: Head of Property Management Team

Salary: £35,000 plus £2,000 commission
Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm
Hybrid working: 2 days working from home excluding Mondays, subject to satisfactory completion of probation period

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Head of Centre, Leaders is seeking a Team Leader of Property Managers to join our dedicated and dynamic team based at Becket House, Worthing. To succeed in this role, you will be a current Senior Property Manager looking to step up, or a current Team Leader within property management or lettings. You will oversee a team of Property Managers, providing day-to-day support and ensuring the smooth running of the branch portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conducting morning meetings
* Providing support and guidance with the implementation of new legislation
* Investigating customer complaints and proposing or undertaking appropriate responses
* Coordinating and providing training where possible
* Supporting the Property Management department through guidance and mentoring to achieve strategic objectives
* Supporting audits of property management departments in conjunction with branch audits
* Sharing property management best practices
* Checking Gas Daily to ensure processes are followed, having relevant conversations
* Monitoring teams' overdue workflows and having relevant conversations
* Monitoring churn reports and discussing findings
* Identifying opportunities to enhance service levels for internal and external customers, discussing with RPM, and implementing changes
* Working on group projects or initiatives with the RPM to ensure successful implementation
* Enforcing strategic objectives
* Conducting interviews
* Ensuring adequate cover in the department during holidays and days off
* Monitoring workload of Property Managers and addressing any issues affecting staff morale
What are we looking for:
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Professional telephone manner
* Strong organisational, time management, and attention to detail skills
* Experience leading a small team
* Proven experience working within property management or lettings
* Full UK Driving License required
