Job Description
The Administrator's duties will include but not limited to:
3. Process invoices, create and manage purchase orders, and receipts
4. Assist with payroll, expense tracking, and petty cash handling
5. Book in delivery notes and maintain accurate records
6. Coordinate and update labour schedules
7. Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
The Successful Applicant
8. Strong administration skills with excellent attention to detail
9. Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities
10. Confident communicator with suppliers, subcontractors, and colleagues
11. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (PowerPoint desirable)
12. GCSE Grade 4/C or above in Maths & English (or equivalent)
13. Proactive team player with a problem-solving mindset
