Vanrath are recruiting for a Golf Club Receptionist on behalf of a large public sector body in Castlereagh on a temporary basis.

About your next employer
The post-holder is at the forefront of customer service at the Golf club and is responsible for the provision of a full range of reception, clerical and administrative services relating to the Golf Club.
What you'll do
1. Deal with the public, in person and by telephone in accordance with the council's Customer Care Standards, dealing with first-hand client enquiries, problems, difficulties or complaints and record as appropriate to ensure a high level of customer service provision.
2. Operate a range of computerised booking systems for the golf course and club house.
3. Opening and closing of the building (key holder)
4. Ensuring Golf buggies are out for use.
5. Till operation

About you
Qualifications and Knowledge
* Five GCSE passes at Grade A-C, NVQ Level 2 in administration or equivalent.
* One year's experience in a customer service environment or receptionist post.
* A knowledge of Golf would be preferred however if no golf knowledge experience in a customer service role is essential.
