About The Role
As a Planner/Administrator, you will be working in a stable and profitable contract, delivering excellent service and support through our local teams, who understand the importance of working together for the local community. This local contract covers Redbridge council within the social housing sector.
Day to Day Duties
* Answering client & internal calls and emails.
* Planning work for the sub-contractors.
* Administration of compliance checks and visits.
* Housekeeping of internal MCM system.
* General administration duties.
* Updating the Disrepair & Void tracker.
* Approving Notice of Completions.
* Issuing Payer notices.
* Raising/issuing Variation requests.
* Attending weekly meetings.
* Mandatory training and compliance.
Role Criteria
* Previous Experience in Social housing.
* Experience in voids or disrepairs.
* Experience in a Planning role.
* Experience in Building Maintenance.
* Good Written and Verbal communication skills.
* It Literate.
* Good Customer Care skills.
