About the Role:
As the Website Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, nurturing relationships and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality. This dynamic role involves collaborating closely with internal delivery teams, understanding client objectives, providing expert advice, and managing web development and digital projects from initial brief to launch and beyond. What We're Looking For:
1. At least 3 years of experience in account management or project management, preferably within a digital or web agency environment.
2. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
3. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and budgets.
4. Familiarity with web development processes and technologies (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, HTML, CSS) is highly desirable.
5. An understanding of SEO and Google Analytics is also desirable.
6. Agency experience is a plus, but not essential.
