About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for compassionate and dedicated Residential Support Workers to join a friendly and supportive service based in Highworth, near Swindon. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking for temporary work with the potential to secure a permanent position.
You will be supporting individuals in a residential setting to live as independently as possible, promoting dignity, choice, and wellbeing at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care and emotional support to residents
Assist with daily living activities, including personal care where required
Encourage independence and participation in social activities
Maintain accurate records and follow care plans
Work collaboratively with colleagues and external professionals
Ensure a safe, supportive, and positive environment
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a care or support setting (preferred but not essential)

Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins
