As our Assistant Restaurant Manager,you will be guiding a dynamic team of restaurant professionals with one common goal - to create a memorable dining experience for our guests. This is a 48 hour,full-time position.
We are aiming to open our doors at the beginning of December,however,the date might potentially move by a week or two due to the nature of new openings so we would kindly ask you to be open and flexible with the start dates.

Your day at Aqua:
* Team guidance & development:Mentor and inspire a team of dedicated hospitality individuals. Assist in recruiting,training,and evaluating team members to ensure top-notch service and smooth operations
* Operational excellence:Oversee daily restaurant operations,ensuring high standards of food quality,presentation,and customer service. Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere and implement creative business ideas
You will be paid £30,534.76 per year. In addition,you can be a part of the venue's Tronc system,which may give you between £9,465.23 and £14,465.23 extra per year. The Tronc system is managed by the Tronc Master.
