Position Role: Lead staff officer cohering and driving tangible change in the Lived Experience of our people and their families. Responsibilities: Deliver Regional Command’s Lived Experience (L-Ex) programme. Deliver available public and non-public funding streams to improve the L-Ex of people across the Army. Own the delivery and technical development of the HQ RC Funding Portal app. Run the Secretariat of the Army Welfare Grants Committee, including acting as Managing Trustee of Army Welfare Fund non-public accounts. Promote L-Ex initiatives to internal stakeholders, including Senior Officers, CGS Briefing Team, Comd Sergeant Majors, Welfare Officers. Monitor Retention Working and Steering Group activity, supporting up as required and preparing GOC RC for meetings. Manage strategic relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. Complete any other duties allocated by GOC, COS RC or ACOS Pers.
