Description
Process invoices and ensure accurate data entry into the accounting system.
Assist with bank reconciliations and monitor financial transactions.
Support the preparation of financial reports for management review.
Maintain and update financial records in compliance with company policies.
Handle supplier queries and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.
Collaborate with the finance team to meet deadlines and objectives.
Assist with payroll processing and employee expense claims.
Provide administrative support to the accounting and finance department as required.Profile
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
A solid understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
