JOB TITLE: Registered Care Home Manager - Complex Care

HOURS: Full Time, 40 hours per week

LOCATION: Oldham

SALARY: Circa £70,000 plus bonus

COMPANY:

Compass Associates is partnering alongside a growing Specialist Healthcare provider with a portfolio of Mental Health, Neuro and Learning Disability, and Elderly homes in the UK. Together, we are seeking an inspiring Registered Home Manager in the Oldham area. As the Registered Home Manager, you will be working directly with the Operations Manager and be responsible for a brand-new home specialising in Neuro Disabilities, Mental Health and other complex care requirements. Our client are dedicated to providing exceptional, personalised nursing care for adults with complex needs in supportive, community-based homes close to their families. ROLE:

The home delivers high-quality nursing care for adults with complex needs, including dementia, mental health conditions, neuro-disabilities, and physical disabilities. Located in Oldham, the newly opened home consists of two small, purpose-built units that create a homely and person-centered environment. The service focuses on high-acuity, nurse-led care and supports individuals with co-morbidities, secondary diagnoses, or a history of unsuccessful placements. The team is committed to enhancing each resident’s quality of life and supporting them in reaching their personal goals.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

* At least 2-3 years’ experience as a Registered Manager in a similar setting, preferably with experience in complex care

* Nurse qualified with valid NMC PIN (essential)

* Proven experience in leading and managing teams, with a focus on recruitment, development, and performance management

* Strong track record of maintaining CQC standards and delivering high-quality care

* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with external stakeholders, including commissioners and professionals

* Strong leadership and decision-making abilities

* Experience in financial management, data analysis, and managing occupancy

* Ability to work autonomously and drive continuous improvement in service delivery
